NaturaCel: Does This Rookie Anti-Aging Cream Have What it Takes?

Written by 14 comments

My Naturacel Review

My mama loves herself some good anti-aging products.

No really, the woman gets facials, non-surgical facelifts and will try just about any new age-defying cream she can get her hands on.

My mother always had great skin and often received compliments from others because of it. She never had acne or wrinkles, save for a few laugh lines, and her skin remained taut right up until her 50s.

Sometime after her 50th birthday my mom got sick on vacation and suffered a severe allergic reaction from the medication she was administered. This started an onslaught of issues that eventually led to a mild deterioration in her skin’s appearance.

Now, I say “mild” because I think my mama is beautiful, but when she looks in the mirror she sees lines and wrinkles and sagging skin.

Though she still receives compliments on her skin, she says people say it looks “good, not great” which has clearly struck a chord with her.

When the lovely people over at NaturaCel sent me a sample to test out, I offered it to my mother who didn’t hesitate in the slightest. She has been using it for a month now, but before I get to her thoughts on it, let me tell you a bit about the product.

What is NaturaCel?

NaturaCel is a new anti-aging cream developed to reduce fine lines, wrinkles and crows feet while boosting your skin’s radiance.

It was named after it’s secret ALA-CRAV complex that is designed to fight the signs of aging right at the CELlular level – see what I did there?

The four main active ingredients in this cocktail are the not-so-secret-anymore ALA, aloe vera, collagen and resveratrol (surprise, surprise!).

ALA, or alpha lipoic acid, is the ingredient that boosts energy production in the cell. A crime fighter against toxins and wrinkling, it also boasts antioxidating properties.

Aloe vera has antibacterial and antifungal properties, but also delivers oxygen to the skin and nourishes it from it’s deepest layers.

Collagen and resveratrol always seem to go hand-in-hand together. Resveratrol stimulates collagen production and fights free radicals, while the collagen sustains hydration keeping the skin looking young and firm.

Mum’s the Word!

So, after 4 weeks of use it was time to check in and find out what my mom really thought of the product.

The first thing my mom noticed about the cream was how silky smooth it felt on her skin. She said it rubbed in nicely and didn’t affect the application of her makeup in the morning or make her feel oily before bed.

My NaturaCel before and after results

Many women forget to moisturize their neck as well their face, so my mom made sure to pay attention to this area as well. She noticed a tightening in the skin right under her chin line; a personal trouble spot for her.

Since eyes are a very sensitive area, she avoided rubbing the cream around that area so I can’t report on how effective it was on crows feet or eye lines.

Another noticeably tightened area was around the lips, or what I refer to as the laugh lines. These pesky lines were noticeably reduced and not as defined, bringing a big ol’ smile to my mom’s face!

One major perk for this product was that it was gluten-free. With so many people suffering from gluten allergies or diagnosed with Celiacs disease, it’s nice to know there are effective anti-aging options out there for them.

To sum this all up, we are digging this product. Is it great? Not particularly. I mean, it’s no LifeCell, but it does do what they say it’s supposed to do for the most part. Our testing certainly proves this to be true. It covers all the bases (firms, smoothes and hydrates) and is moderately cheaper than a lot of other high end anti aging creams.

I did not understand that I would get a charge on my credit card for 85 dollars
apparently one must notify the company that the sample did not satisfy within 19
days in order to avoid this cost. I am unhappy to pay for the sample which I cannot use
    since it irritates my skin.

  • I have had skin burning and eruptions from using Naturacel. I cannot find a website contact address, or a phone number to stop my auto-deliveries. Can anyone provide me with help to cancel my order?

  • You can find all of their contact details here: https://www.naturacel.com/about-us/

  • Here us their email address:

    and here is their address:
3422 Old Capitol Trail Suite 106
    Wilmington, DE. 19808

both of which take time and effort to locate. I just canceled their outrageous bill on my credit card and am returning the unwanted and unasked for jar. I hate scams! I prefer Shaklee’s Instant Firming Serum that really works and no skin problems from it.

  • Thanks for that. There seems to be a bunch of issues with their product, which is a shame because I tried it and loved it.

  • Naturacel did nothing for me. When I called and sent an email requesting my auto shipments be discontinued 2 days prior to deadline, they immediately charged my account instead of canceling.

I returned their product 2 & 1/2 weeks ago, and still have not received my refund to my account. I have called several times, now they refuse to answer even during business hours.
Do not buy this product!!!! It is a scam, and ripoff!!!!

    Naturacel, RETURN MY MONEY, NOW!!!!!!

  • So sorry to hear about your experience. I used it and saw results, but I know everyone’s different. I have heard several reports on their shady business practices lately so I will updating our review with a warning.

  • Please think twice about buying this product. It’s a rip off! If the link your on says it’s a free sample, don’t believe it! Some of thier advertisers aren’t indicating a terms of agreement and enrolling your fraudulently in agreements to allow them to recurrently charge large sums of money on a monthly basis.

  • Oh no – so sorry to hear this. Unfortunately we keep hearing bad experiences about this product and absolutely appreciate everyone’s feedback on it so others can purchase accordingly.

  • Unfortunately, I have had negative results as well…please rethink purchasing this product before u buy. If you are purchasing it through one of their third party vendors it might not be evident that you are being enrolled into a 15 or 30 day agreement…even if no terms are listed on the site you order from, their free sample isn’t free after these time periods and your credit card will get charged a large sum of money. Throw caution to the wind, even if u agree to one of these agreements. It’s there website and your agreement can be changed to indicate a lessor time and allow them to still charge you…unfortunately, I used a third party site and was unaware of such a agreement…got charged unknowingly…of course they refused indicating i clicked on a agreement through their site which is not true..i was never on their site! I’ve lost my money, but I assure you I won’t ever loose it again…they are a rip off!

  • Been using this cream for a month.Roseacia is clearing up.Pores are disappearing.ONE cream replaced 5 products. Even used on eyes.Dark circles & bags under eyes are GONE.Best cream ever used.

  • I like the product, but I was surprised at the monthly cost and didn’t realize it was that much when I signed up for the free sample. when I saw that amount on my credit card I called to find out about that. I googled the address and phone number expressing my wish to cancel my order. After this I was given a courtesy credit and came down on the monthly price when I said it was too expensive for me. I think the company is getting the message that is it too expensive for the average person.
