Can you get perfect skin without dermatologic treatments?
The short answer is yes.
But you need to build habits that are tough to keep for most people.
Maintaining a beautiful, healthy skin is a unanimous desire among women. When you cannot achieve that goal, is common to start wearing make-up to hide minor imperfections.
Skin care must be part of a daily routine of beauty and health. In addition to lotions and treatments, you need a proper nutrition and hydration. You can see below the tips to keep a flawless skin.
Do not abuse of skin care products
As everyone knows, everything done in excess never do anyone any good. Limit the time you spend in the shower. Very hot and long baths weaken and dry out your skin. Cleaning your skin more than necessary can cause irritation and can make your skin dry.
Make a healthy, balanced diet
It has been said long ago that “We are what we eat”. A healthy and balanced diet will help you feel better. Eat plenty of fruits, whole grains, vegetables and lean proteins, because they are rich in vitamins, minerals and phytochemicals that have antioxidant action. They’re a great weapon against aging and they are beneficial for the skin and body health.
Never sleep with makeup on
Many women do not know the harm they do to their skin when they sleep with the makeup on. If you already wear makeup all day and you do not clean your face before bedtime, it will keep your pores closed 24 hours and you will notice that your skin becomes irritated.
Avoid excess of sugar
Sugar is considered by many experts as a major cause of premature aging. According to specialists, the excessive consumption of sugar creates a reaction on the molecular level that promotes the loss of skin elasticity. This way, wrinkles start to appear.
Avoid alcoholic drinks
Everyone knows the problems that excess alcohol can bring to your health. Soon, your skin will also reflect the consequences of a lifestyle associated to alcohol consumption. Although this article explains why alcohol is not bad for acne, an excess of alcohol depletes Vitamin A in your body, an important antioxidant that promotes toning of your body and a healthy look.
Minimize sun exposure
Always keep in mind that sun exposure is one of the main reasons for premature aging and skin problems. In fact, exposure to UV harmful rays for a long period is the main reason why people get spots, wrinkles, freckles and dehydrated skin. Try to apply a sunscreen.
Drink plenty of water
Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day. Remember that beautiful skin starts is a result of your health. Water keeps the skin hydrated and helps slow the aging process. There’s no need to buy expensive creams if you will not give your skin the necessary amount of water that you need to eliminate impurities of your body.
Sleep at least 7 hours
Sleep deprivation has a direct effect on the visual aspect of your body and skin. Have you ever noticed someone who spent a sleepless night? It is during sleep that your body is restored and recovers energy and this reflects on your skin. Try to sleep at least 7 to 8 hours daily.
Smoking makes your skin look older, dull and contribute to the early onset of wrinkles. Smoking causes the reduction of the blood vessels volume, causing a reduced blood flow and therefore, oxygen deprives the skin of important nutrients like vitamin A and elastin (which are important fibers that give strength and elasticity to your skin).
On the other hand, opti-blur technology has become one of the favorite options for some people. This technology present in cosmetics acts directly on the appearance of wrinkles, softening the wrinkles deepness in seconds.
This technology ensures multiple actions through mineral pigments, generating a translucent effect that makes the skin appearing smoother. The gel is responsible for filling the facial creases and to create a matte effect.
The opti-blur technology acts in a more complete and effective than a traditional primer, ensuring a total smooth effect to the face, leaving your skin ready to other products. Applying this technology may complement the use of a day cream.
You can conclude that there are several ways to keep your skin and that tips are related to your body well-being. The skin reflects your entire lifestyle and you can get a perfect skin just by changing the daily habits.
But is not easy.
