I know that true beauty comes from within, but sometimes you need to work on the outside to better the inside. Yes, I know this sounds vain, but after I explain myself I have a feeling you’ll be agreeing.
You see, cellulite isn’t so beautiful and it builds from the inside out. To tackle it from both ends, sometimes you gotta start on top.
Ehrmmm, suppose that last bit could be taken the wrong way. Remove your head from the gutter and hop back on my cellulite-fightin’ bandwagon!
The Dirty Deets on Cellulite
Cellulite is formed from fat deposits and toxins building deep within your skin. Lack of blood flow and circulation to target zones can increase the chance of that cottage cheese, dimpled appearance on your skin.
If left to its own device, cellulite formation can be permanent. This is why you want to kick it in the pants before it has the chance. And how do we do this you ask? A simple DIY, of course.

Homemade Cellulite Creams That Work
Oh yes, I’ve got a goodie for you. If you want to create a cellulite cream that works, then gather together the following ingredients and follow along…
- 3/4 cup Coconut Oil
- 2 tablespoons shaved Beeswax
- 3 tablespoons Witch Hazel
- 10 drops Juniper oil
- 10 drops Rosemary oil
- 30 drops Grapefruit oil
- 30 drops Cypress oil
From there, you just follow these quick steps:
Step 1 – Start by making the base. This includes all of those essential oils listed, as well as the witch hazel. Stir it nice and good so everything combines.
Step 2 – Melt your beeswax over very low heat. Once melted, add in your coconut oil.
Step 3 – Now that everything is liquified, mix everything together. Pour it into a resealable container or mason jar and give it time to cool and solidify.
What Makes This Cream So Good
I know there are several cellulite creams that work on the market (I personally love Finulite!) and you could easily purchase one, but there’s a reason why I kinda love this homemade remedy.
For starters, juniper essential oil is a natural diuretic and purifier. It helps increase your circulation which can flush out those cellulite-causing toxins.
Rosemary oil is phenomenal for promoting blood flow and over time, this is effective in reducing the appearance of cellulite. It also works to clear your lymphatic system and manage fluid retention.
Cypress and grapefruit oils are similar to rosemary. They both help with fluid retention, circulation and give your body a good toxic flush.
We all know I’m a fan of witch hazel and for this purpose, you can’t deny it’s awesomeness. Witch hazel refines and tightens skin so it downplays some of the negative appearance of cellulite.
Like most skin ailments, a good dose of moisture can go a long way. Beeswax and coconut oil are both readily absorbed into the skin and provide that much needed moisture. Hydrated skin appears fuller and healthier.
If I haven’t sold you on this fabulous cream yet then you are b-a-n-a-n-a-s!
Use it twice daily for maximum results and watch as those gnarly cellulite deposits just melt away! Or pick yourself up an order of Finulite—it works a treat…and fast!
